This policy explains what information MZ Adnova Tech LLC (“MZ Adnova Tech”, “we”, “us”), 16114 Pendio Dr, Montverde, FL 34756, collects through mzadnova.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the website, client accounts, subscriptions and the text messages we send to clients who ask for them.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. The name and email address you give when you create a client account, and your password, which is stored only as a salted hash. A mobile number is optional.
  • Subscription and payment information. Card payments are processed by Square. Your card number goes directly to Square and never reaches our servers. We keep the plan you subscribed to, its status and dates, the references Square gives us for you and your subscription, and the activation code of an app included in a plan.
  • Text messaging information. Your mobile number; whether and when you agreed to or stopped text messages, together with the consent wording that was shown, the date, the IP address and the browser used; and a record of the text messages we send you.
  • Messages you send us. The emails you send and the details you give us when you call or write about a project or a support request.
  • Technical information. Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested), one essential cookie that keeps you signed in, and browser storage that remembers your language. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or third-party analytics.

2. How we use information

  • To provide your client account and member area, and to give you support.
  • To set up, bill and manage your subscriptions.
  • To send the emails needed to run your account, such as a password reset link or a notice that your password was changed.
  • To send the text messages you agreed to: one-time security codes you request and notices about your account.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent fraud.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website, and only as needed for that work:

  • Cloudflare – website hosting, database and email delivery.
  • Square – payment processing and subscriptions.
  • Twilio – delivery of the text messages described in our SMS Terms.
  • Authorities or advisers when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and our clients.

Text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Your choices

  • Text messages. They are optional. Leave the box unticked and we will not text you. If you agreed, reply STOP to any message to end them, or HELP for help; you can also untick the box or remove your mobile number in your member area.
  • Your account. You can reset your password from the sign-in page and cancel subscriptions in your member area.
  • Access, correction and deletion. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to close your account, contact us using the details below. Some records must be kept where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep information

We keep account information until the account is closed. Subscription and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Records of text message consent and of the messages sent are kept while your number is on your account and for up to four years afterwards, to show what was sent and that consent was given.

6. Security

Connections to this website are encrypted. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, the sign-in cookie cannot be read by scripts, and an account is locked for a short time after repeated failed sign-in attempts.

7. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Our apps

Our apps have their own privacy policies: MZNOVA Management, Bar Order Caller and Time Control.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above.
