1
Photo buttons by station
Large photo buttons grouped by kitchen station, with three portion sizes per dish. Voice announcements mean no screen-watching, live badges show portion, call time, and ×2 / ×3 repeat counts, and a dish can't be called again until the last call is done.
2
Freshness countdowns
An independent countdown per dish keeps food from sitting too long. Freshness windows are set per dish (15 minutes to 8 hours, 2 hours by default), the last 10 minutes warn in red, then an overdue badge flashes. Timers can start automatically morning and evening, with per-weekday settings.
3
65 dishes, ready to go
65 dishes pre-loaded with photos across three stations: fryer, wok, and prep. Add stations and dishes anytime, rename dishes, or replace photos from your camera roll. Mark dishes lunch, dinner, all-day, or seasonal, and the menu switches with the shift. Drag to reorder to match your real line, and set different layouts for wall-mounted iPads and handheld iPhones.
4
Complete call history
Every call logged with date, time, and portion. Search by dish, filter by date range, see the most-called dishes, and export the full record to CSV for spreadsheets or your accountant.
5
A quieter restaurant
No more shouting across the dining room to the kitchen. Orders go straight to the right station.
6
Less waste, better quality
The freshness countdown turns "it feels like it's been out a while" into an exact number everyone can see, so dishes get changed at the right time: not too early, not too late.
7
No more missed orders
The kitchen hears every order, and it stays on screen until someone marks it done. A called dish can't be called twice.
8
Everyone sees the same thing
One tap updates every iPad in the restaurant. New staff learn it in minutes: the buttons are photos, and the system talks.
9
Know what actually sells
Reports show exactly which dishes get called, how often, and at what times, so you can prep smarter and cut slow movers. Export the data for your own records.
10
Almost zero upkeep
Timers start themselves every day, and the lunch and dinner menus switch automatically. Staff only ever tap once.
