These terms apply to mzadnova.com, the website of MZ Adnova Tech LLC, a Florida limited liability company located at 16114 Pendio Dr, Montverde, FL 34756 (“MZ Adnova Tech”, “we”, “us”). They cover the website, the client accounts you can create on it, the subscriptions sold through it and the text messages we send to clients who ask for them. By using the website or creating an account you agree to these terms.

Custom software, consulting, equipment and installation are provided under the written proposal or agreement for that work. Where such an agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement applies.

1. Client accounts

• A client account gives you access to the member area: your subscriptions, app activation codes and support contacts.
• Give us accurate information when you create the account and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and any security code we send you confidential. You are responsible for what is done through your account; tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used to harm the website, our systems or other clients.

2. Subscriptions and payments

• Subscriptions are the monthly support and service plans described on this website, at the price shown on the checkout page when you subscribe.
• Subscriptions are billed each month to the card you provide, until you cancel. Card payments are processed by Square; your card number goes to Square and does not reach our servers.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time in your member area. It stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for and is not renewed after that.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it promptly.

3. SMS Terms – MZ Adnova Tech Account Texts

• What we send. One-time security codes that you request yourself, to sign in to your client account or to reset your password; one message confirming that text messages are turned on; and notices about your account, such as a password change or a problem with a subscription payment. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
• How you opt in. Text messages are optional. When you create a client account, or later in your member area, you can enter a mobile number and tick the box “Text me security codes and account notices”. The box is never ticked for you, and you can create an account and buy a subscription without it. The full consent wording is shown under the box: “By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from MZ Adnova Tech (MZ Adnova Tech LLC) at the mobile number above: one-time security codes that you request to sign in or to reset your password, and notices about your account. Message frequency varies: one message each time you request a code, plus occasional account notices. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is optional and is not a condition of creating an account or of any purchase.” A security code is sent only when you ask for one, with “Text me a sign-in code” on the sign-in page or “Text me a code instead” on the password reset page.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies: one message each time you request a code, plus occasional account notices.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming it. You can also untick the box or remove your number in your member area. Your account keeps working without text messages: you can always sign in with your password and reset it by email.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (407) 630-3506 or email [email protected].
• Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Acceptable use

Use this website only to learn about our products, to manage your own client account and subscriptions, and to contact us. Do not interfere with the website, try to access another client’s information, or use an activation code that was not issued to your business.

5. Content and trademarks

The text, images and software on this website belong to MZ Adnova Tech LLC or are used with permission. The names of other companies and products mentioned on the website belong to their owners.

6. Disclaimers

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, MZ Adnova Tech LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
