Text messages from MZ Adnova Tech
MZ Adnova Tech LLC can text you security codes and notices for your client account on mzadnova.com – if you ask us to. This page shows exactly what we send, how you opt in, how to stop, and how your mobile number is protected.
The program
- Who sends them. MZ Adnova Tech LLC, 16114 Pendio Dr, Montverde, FL 34756. Messages come from our toll-free number (877) 688-8806.
- What we send. One-time security codes that you request yourself, to sign in to your client account or to reset your password; one message confirming that text messages are turned on; and notices about your account, such as a password change or a problem with a subscription payment. No marketing or promotional messages.
- How often. Message frequency varies: one message each time you request a code, plus occasional account notices.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How to stop. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final text confirming it, then nothing more. You can also untick the box or remove your number in your member area.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (407) 630-3506 or email [email protected].
How you opt in
Text messages are optional. On the Create Account form, and later in your member area, there is a field for a mobile number and, under it, a box that is never ticked for you: “Text me security codes and account notices”. Right under the box is the full wording you agree to:
By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from MZ Adnova Tech (MZ Adnova Tech LLC) at the mobile number above: one-time security codes that you request to sign in or to reset your password, and notices about your account. Message frequency varies: one message each time you request a code, plus occasional account notices. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is optional and is not a condition of creating an account or of any purchase.
Leave the box unticked and your account works the same way: you sign in with your password and reset it by email.
How you ask for a code
We never send a security code on our own. You ask for it, each time:
- To sign in. On the sign-in page, choose “Text me a sign-in code”, enter the email of your account and press “Text me a code”. We text a 6-digit code to the mobile number on your account; you type it on the page to sign in.
- To reset your password. On the password reset page, choose “Text me a code instead”. After you type the code you choose a new password.
A code works once and for 10 minutes. Codes are sent only to accounts that turned text messages on.

Privacy of your mobile number
- What we keep. Your mobile number, the date you agreed to or stopped text messages, and a record of the messages we send you.
- Service providers. Messages are delivered through our messaging provider, Twilio, which receives only what it needs to deliver them.
- Never sold or shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Your choices. Reply STOP to end messages at any time, or remove your number in your member area.
